I see firsthand how much pressure teens and young adults are under. The expectations. The comparison. The constant stimulation. The emotional overload they don’t yet have words for. They need a place to slow down, feel safe, and be themselves without judgment. They need support that helps them understand their inner world, regulate their emotions, trust their instincts, reduce stress related symptoms, build confidence and find joy.
Parents need that space too.
Parents need a place to exhale, feel supported, and regain their footing. They need tools to calm their own nervous system, soften the panic and guilt, and reconnect with their intuition — so they can show up grounded, present, and steady for their kids.
That’s where my work begins.
In my sessions with teens, I help them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe in their own inner world. Through gentle, heart-centered hypnotherapy and supportive tools, I help them quiet anxiety, release self-doubt, build confidence, and reconnect with their joy. I meet them exactly where they are — without pressure, judgment, or trying to “fix” them.
And just as importantly, I support parents.
Because when you feel calmer, clearer, and more balanced, your teen feels it too. I help parents soften the fear, release the self-blame, and trust themselves again — so they can support their teen without losing themselves in the process.
My approach consists of three phases:
– Balance: I use hypnosis to bring the body and mind back to a balanced state. Most clients report better sleep and increased relaxation within the first few sessions.
– Refinement: We focus on resolving specific recurring issues until they no longer feel like obstacles.
– Integration: I provide personalized tools so you can identify triggers and return to balance independently.
My goal is to provide a space where you can pause, step away from the busyness of daily life, and find the stillness necessary to heal and move forward.
Plans
Typically, our sessions last 60 minutes. We start with a check-in, discussing the areas we will focus on during our time together. Then, we transition into the state of hypnosis. Finally, we wrap up by reflecting on your experience and any insights you may have gained during the session.
Clients often report feeling more at peace in their daily lives, experiencing a sense of lightness and joy. They find themselves letting go of unproductive behaviors and embracing healthier habits that align with their desired lifestyle. A newfound sense of balance emerges within them as they embark on a journey towards authenticity and self-discovery.
Every program is unique to each individual and their specific goals. Based on my experience, most clients see improvement within the first few sessions and achieve lasting transformation within 9-12 sessions. We will work together to create a program that is as unique as you are, allowing you to tap into your fullest potential.
