It’s important to note that hypnotherapy is typically conducted by trained professionals who adhere to ethical guidelines and prioritize the safety and well-being of their clients.

Hypnotherapy works by using a focused state of hypnosis to quiet the conscious mind (the logical reasoning mind) thus allowing the client to access their subconscious mind (the emotional / feeling mind) where profound transformation can occur.


The subconscious mind is the area of our mind that serves as a reservoir for emotions, beliefs, and memories, holding significant sway over our lives. Whether consciously or not, these beliefs persist in the background of our mind, shaping our experiences. Many of these beliefs, often formed in childhood, can often hinder rather than help us in our present day desire to reach our goals.


It is therefore paramount to identify and replace the root cause or limiting belief to enact lasting change. By purging restrictive beliefs from the subconscious and instilling empowering ones, you embark on a journey of unparalleled life enhancement.

Absolutely not! Under hypnosis, you cannot be coerced into doing anything against your will. Hypnotherapy doesn’t involve mind control; you retain full control over your thoughts and actions throughout the session.

Typically, our sessions last 60 minutes. We start with a check-in, discussing the areas we will focus on during our time together. Then, we transition into the state of hypnosis. Finally, we wrap up by reflecting on your experience and any insights you may have gained during the session.
