Finding calm in the chaos

As a certified hypnotherapist, coach, and mother of two teen boys, I help young people and parents slow down, navigate challenges, and find a healthy path forward with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.

I’m a mom to two teen boys, a partner, and someone who feels deeply called to share what I’ve learned along the way. My journey has been guided by gentle nudges from the universe—those quiet reminders to slow down, listen, and trust what I already know inside. When I create space, I can access my inner strength, my intuition, and my inner guidance. Deep in my heart, I know this is who I truly am and the place I want to meet life from.

And still… It’s not always easy. I get it. The world is busy, loud, and constantly pulling us off balance. That’s why the tools I’ve gathered over the years matter so much—they help me return, again and again, to a calmer, more grounded state of being. I strive to be a steady, rooted presence, even when life feels anything but steady.

Hypnotherapy has played a profound role in my personal growth. After experiencing many modalities over the years, I continue to return to hypnotherapy for its ability to create real, lasting change. During times when I felt stuck or afraid to move forward, limiting beliefs quietly held me back. Through hypnotherapy, I was able to release those beliefs and reconnect with the spark that lives within me. It helped me move in a direction that feels deeply aligned—and gave me the confidence to say yes to myself.

 

I’m on an ongoing journey of reconnecting with the magic and spark that live within me. I love pulling oracle cards, journaling my way back to truth, and using my pendulum when I need a little extra clarity. A sound healing bath is one of my favorite ways to clear my energy and reset my nervous system. I love the little signs from the universe that remind me I’m on the right path—11:11 on the clock always feels like a wink to pause, breathe, and keep going.
